- Occasion details, the people in your Occasion Book, and important dates.
- Order history, flavour preferences, and any cake photos you share with me.
2. Why I collect it
- To prepare and fulfil your orders.
- To run my personal occasion reminder service, so I can reach out before the dates you care about.
- To reply to your enquiries and keep in touch about your orders.
3. Sharing
- Never sold: Your information is never sold or shared with any third party for marketing.
- Service providers: I use trusted tools to send email and store data securely. They only process your information so I can run this service, never for their own use.
4. How long I keep it
- Your information is held for as long as you remain an active customer or stay in my Occasion Book.
- You may ask me to delete it at any time.
5. Your choices and rights
- Access: You may request a copy of the information I hold about you at any time.
- Deletion: Email hello@hazelscakelounge.co.za to have your details removed.
- Messaging: You can opt out of email or WhatsApp reminders at any time. See my Messaging Terms.
- Consent: Agreeing to reminders is never a condition of placing an order.
