1. WhatsApp messaging terms
- Sender: Hazel's Cake Lounge.
- Message types: Personal occasion reminders sent directly by Hazel. These are not automated bulk messages.
- Frequency: A maximum of two WhatsApp messages per occasion per year.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. Your opt out is immediate and permanent until you choose to opt back in.
- Rates: Standard carrier rates may apply.
- Consent: Your consent to receive WhatsApp messages is never a condition of placing an order.
2. Email communication terms
- Types: Enquiry confirmations, occasion reminders, Cake Memory Cards, order updates, and occasional personal notes from Hazel.
- Unsubscribe: Reply UNSUBSCRIBE to any email at any time.
3. Data and privacy
- What is collected: Name, email, phone number, occasion details, order history, flavour preferences, and cake photos.
- Why: To provide a personalised occasion reminder service and to fulfil orders.
- Sharing: Your data is never sold or shared with any third party under any circumstances.
- Retention: Your data is held for as long as you remain an active customer. You may request deletion at any time.
