What each cake costs, what you have paid and where your balance stands. We agree payment on the phone when we talk your cake through, so nothing here is a demand and nothing is ever charged through this site. Your invoices and receipts are here too.

Occasions you have asked me to remember. Nothing is booked and nothing is owed. I will email you before each one, in good time to order a cake if you want one.

Every way I might contact you, in one place. Ticking a box is your consent to be contacted that way about your saved dates and your orders. Leave them all unticked and I will only ever email you about a cake you have actually ordered.
What I have sent you
Every reminder, confirmation and invoice I have sent to your account, newest first. If you were expecting something and it is not here, it was never sent and you should tell me.

What you use to get into your account. A new email address has to be confirmed with a code before it takes over, so you never get locked out.

Where you are signed in
Signing in on a phone, a laptop and a tablet leaves three sessions running, and each one stays signed in until it is ended. If you have used a shared or borrowed device, end them all.
Delete your account
This removes your account, your saved dates and your contact details, and it cannot be undone. Cakes you have already ordered stay on my books without your name on them, because I am required to keep sales records for five years. You will stop receiving everything, straight away.
